Need help in getting started

Hi, we have purchased this product with help of my manager, can you please guide what is next?

I was expecting this to be like 

marimekko.atlassian.com etc. do we have to buy cloud version?

we have average 12 members.

To start using Confluence, log into it, create a space and then create pages within that space with your content in it.

There's not a lot more we can tell you about getting started.  There's a "first use" wizard which gives you a brief intro, but after that, using it really is just "put your content in it"

I only see my download confluence etc.

I guess we have bought wrong product.

Is it possible to change/switch to cloud version?

It does sound like you've bought Server, which means you will have to download and install it for yourself.

If you want Cloud instead, then you will need to sign up for that separately and pay again, but then raise a support request with Atlassian about the server licence - as it was bought in error and (I assume) within the last 30 days, they'll happily refund you.
