Need help atlassian team to delete apps

Dear team Atlassian, I've created a free jira test account and saw that it I cannot delete it because there are still apps in use. I tried to delete it as per guidelindes and tutorials stated within atlassian/Jira. But still cant delete.

I would like to officially delete the organization on Jira. its called

The prerequisite for deleting an organization is that you must first delete all associated products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Uninstall Apps: Uninstall all plugins via Manage apps within your Jira/Confluence settings.

• Delete Products: Go to admin.atlassian.com > Billing. Deactivate each product first, then you must click again to select Delete.

• Delete Organization: Once all products are fully removed, go to Settings > Organization details > Delete organization.
