We are a MSP with about 15 techs and 250+ customers. We need to consolidate all the data in one central place.

Every customer have a folder with a spreadsheet with many worksheets like :
Our documentation/KB is on word and network structure on Visio
First, I know confluence is cool, but I don't which plugins we should use! We need an "all-in-one" solution if possible or a good bundle of plugins. we are using Autotask for ticketing service and N-able on-Premise for connecting to each devices of our customers.
For the moment, $ isn't an issue. Do you have suggestions for us?
