Hi , I need to add a PENDING status during my workflow , the time should be paused here and then triggered start by another event . How could I add another kind of category below ?
Hi @Leo.Yi
Unfortunately, you cannot add any new status categories. I would put pending under the "to do" status category.
Now it you are asking to add a new status somewhere in your workflow, you need to create a new status.

Hi Fabian ,
Thanks , but I don't think you answered my concern . I want to let the time frozen after PENDING , I think the time count will go on if you put the pending under the "to do" .
I found there are three status categories only like : "to do " , "working in progress" , "done " . I want to add a status between "working in progress" and "done " to make the work flow time stream pause . Do you have another suggestion for this ?

Add a new status and call it whatever you want to call it. Add a transition between in progress and the new status. Then new transition between the new status to done. You will then have to update your slas to stop counting when the ticket is in the new status.
I hope this helps

Hi Fabian ,
So your suggestion is change the status to DONE ? Because it is the only status make SLA stop counting ? And we can't creat status categories by my own ?

I tried to set the "PENDING " to a green category "done" , but the time is keep counting and this is not what I want . Do you have something more suggestion for this ? I need to count the time my team used for solve the specific issue , not all the time before issue fixed .
Thanks .
