What happens when you try to access it?
Is this content in a Confluence site that you set up? Are you the Confluence administrator and/or the Organization Admin for the Atlassian Cloud Organization under which the Confluence site exists?
If you are the owner of the Confluence subscription, had it been a free subscription or have you been paying for it?
When was the last time you successfully accessed the content?
If you are the owner of the subscription and it has been a free subscription, if you have not accessed any of the content for an extended period of time then Atlassian may have deactivated it.
We are a user community so we don't have access to your subscription. With the answers to the above questions we can offer advice on how you can proceed with trying to regain access, but we can't directly give you that access.
