Mysql connection timeout after minute

Lukas Jancek January 15, 2018

Hello

Im try to run atlasian confluence 6.6.1 bin on virtual server with debian.

I run ./atlasia..... .bin as root and everything is OK. I get response that confluense is available on localhost:8090. When I change lcoalhost with my server Ip adress I can continue on the next step. I choose database MySQL and on  button test connection I get message : Connection is successfull. But the problem is When I click on the button "NEXT" then in the bottom is message : Wait till all tables will be imported and after 1 minute sooner or later I get in browser. Website is not available. Then I try to start ./start-confluence.sh and refresh browser but the same. It looks like that there is connection timeout or something similar or connection pool have really no idea. If you will need logs I can add or exist any general advise?

Thanks

Yes, the next step is to start reading logs.

To get something clean, I'd stop Confluence, then go to <confluence home>/logs and move, rename or delete all the logs in there, then restart it.  You'll at least get a clean set of logs to work through!
