I cannot access my confluence workspace, and I'm unable to create a support ticket because

Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.

See instructions below on how to find your URL.

I see no emails concerning my workspace being deleted in my email

Hello @R_D

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time that you accessed the content in that Confluence site?

Were you using the site under a Free subscription?

Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate inactive Free subscriptions. They will send emails warning of the pending deactivation, and another email when the subscription is actually deactivated. They retain the data for a limited period of time in case the customer wants to reactivate the subscription. After that retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

Have you access the admin hub to see if Confluence is listed still as an active or inactive subscription?

If it has been recently deactivated you may be able to reactivate it from the Inactive tab by following the instructions here:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

Or you can reach out directly to Atlassian Licensing support by completing and submitting the form here:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Good luck!

As far as I can tell, I last used it around November, maybe January.
It was under a free subscription, I'm looking in my emails right now and I can guarantee I see no mention of the workplace being deactivated

Have you tried checking through the Admin Hub for the app subscription?

https://admin.atlassian.com

If you still have an active subscription you should see it under Apps > Atlassian Apps.

You should also be able to see it under Billing.

And if it has been recently deactivated, then you should be able to go to

https://admin.atlassian.com/billing

...and find it under the Inactive tab, if not the Active tab.

Ultimately you may need to contact Atlassian directly for assistance through the Licensing Support page I mentioned. We are a user community here, where (mostly) Atlassian product users are helping other users. We don't have access to your account, subscriptions, or site information to help you with this directly.
