My work in dashboard

Hello How can I add a tab on dashboard where to visualize pending jobs/drafts?

I have seen that there is a section My work under I should see my recently work on tab. Ie If I create a page and I don't publish it I'm redirected to my recently worked places and unpublished changes. But How can arrive to that page directly if I want to change which ae my drafts? Is it possible to have it on the left in the sidebar? How?

Hello The problem is than I can not visualize on the left side "My Work" as reported in the link. I can not post here pictures so I report the section:

You should be able to find this tab on the left-hand panel within your dashboard. The 'DRAFT' and 'UNPUBLISHED CHANGES' lozenges are only visible to people who have contributed to the draft or unpublished changes, so you don't have to worry about them distracting your viewers.

And than there is a snip where you can see NY work tab on the left side dashboard. Where can I find it? Or how can I have it visualized?
