Subject: Request to restore deleted Confluence site

Hi, My Confluence site (seh6036.atlassian.net) was deactivated and appears to have been deleted. I received a deactivation warning email on February 25, 2026. I would like to request restoration of the site and all associated content. Please advise if recovery is possible.

In addition to reaching out to the billing support team, it’s also worth checking the data retention policy: Track storage and move data across apps / What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long?

This explains how long data is kept after deactivation and whether recovery is still possible, depending on the timing.
