Dear All,

I can not access to my confluence site anymore. It says Site Unavailable, and I did not get any mail about that my site will be deleted.
Also the site could not be find on the admin or billing, or anywhere else.
Can someone help please?

Hi @ne 

Atlassian does send a series of emails warning about the inactivity on the specific site but I can imagine them being flagged as spam...

You can try the following means of contact 

Login troubles? (No‑login path)

If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:

  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

  2. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”

  3. Continue without logging in.

  4. Enter your email.

  5. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”

  6. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.

  7. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.

 

I'll request assisstance from Atlassian on the matter to see if there's a chance to recover the site.

thanks, I have already sent a mail to them, I hope they could help. Because It is strange that I didnt get any mail about this.

Hi @ne

I've looked into it and can see that notifications were being sent to your registered email (l*******h@gmail.com), the last one on 13 March. I've gone ahead and created a support ticket for you - look out for an email (the one you use for this Forums account) referencing JST-1290504. The support team will follow up with next steps directly in that ticket.
