My phone is unable to receive the 2FA dynamic password and thus cannot log in.

My Confluence has enabled 2FA. However, I changed my phone and reinstalled the authenticator, but I couldn't initialize the app because I couldn't log in to Confluence anymore. It's stuck in a deadlock. I'm using a personal account. How can I solve this problem? This is my secondary account. Please help me urgently.

Hi @Brian Zhang ,

When you get prompted for your 2FA code at login, do you see something like Can't use your phone? Then, there should be something like Can't find your recovery key?
