Did Atlassian delete all my data which I did not access in last 6-7 months. It had some very important notes from paid Maven trainings I attended and now I cannot find it.

Any way to recover this? Even my URL no longer gets recognized by their support site. So shocking.

Hello @Pragya Rastogi

If the Confluence site has been inactive for 6–7 months, recovery may unfortunately no longer be possible.

After 120 days of inactivity, Atlassian automatically deactivates free plans. Once deactivated, your data is retained for 15 to 60 days before being permanently deleted.

To check if you are still within the recovery window, try this right away:

 1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing > Subscriptions> Inactive.

 2. If your site is listed there, click Reactivate immediately.

If the site isn't listed or if the URL doesn't work, it's probably been removed. Since we can't check the backend, you'll need to open an Atlassian Support ticket for assistance. Since standard technical support is restricted on Free plans, use the Pricing, Billing & Licensing contact path at support.atlassian.com to bypass the restriction.

Please provide your old organization's URL, admin email address, and a note stating that the standard form isn't recognizing the site. This will allow an agent to double-check the backend status for you.

I wish you good luck 🫂🤞

Best,

Arkadiusz🤠☀️
