Here is a ticket that matches what I am currently experiencing: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-76691
I had 2 draft articles that were not yet published. They had titles and one has existed for a couple of weeks. The other unpublished page was created today.
The content disappeared from the older page, but the title remained. The newer unpublished page disappeared completely and was no longer listed on the Page Tree.
Also, I seem to be unable to open a ticket for Confluence in Jira. It does not list Confluence as an option when I select Create in Jira.
Hello @lchidester
I agree with Trudy here.
Drafts don’t usually disappear without one of the following happening: the page was published, deleted (and moved to space trash), or you’re viewing a different space/session.
If it’s not in any of those locations, Atlassian Support would be the next step to confirm whether anything can be recovered.
Hi Arkadiusz,
Yes, I have never had this issue before, but yesterday this happened as I descibed. I was not viewing in different spaces or sessions. I didn't click away when it was still auto saving. I refreshed everything, but nothing was restored. I don't need recovery, I just wanted to ask about it here in case others have experienced the same thing recently. I will check out the link provided to open a case.
Thanks.

Hello @lchidester
In what Jira instance are you trying to open a "ticket"?
You referenced an existing Closed Bug in Atlassian's own Jira instance. That system is not Atlassian's system for customers to report problems. If you want to report that you are still experiencing the problem specified as Fixed then you need to open a customer support case through

I found that closed bug when I searched for this issue and thought it would be helpful to reference it because it is similar to what I experienced. I didn't realize I was in the wrong system to open a "ticket". I was able to previously submit an issue a long time ago, but it must have been through a different method. I'll check out the link you provided.
Thank you for the quick response.
