My data is lost

I have noticed that some files have been deleted automatically. Can someone give technical support number? sothat I can call and check the issue.

-I am using free version of WIKI

-I am sure, no one accidentally deleted the files

Now the files are back. We have one page which contain some files such as excel and ppt. These files were not there but now the files are again there. It's really strange

Confluence only deletes files when a human tells it to.

Could you explain in more detail what you think has been deleted?
