Hello,

I was using Confluence on the site nullcode.atlassian.net, but it seems the site was deactivated due to a long period of inactivity.
Could you please let me know if there is any way to restore the site, or if it’s possible to receive the data that was stored in my Confluence site?

Thank you in advance.

Hello @DongHee Kam

It will depend on when the subscription was deactivated.

There is a grace period after deactivation when the subscription may be reactivated and the data recovered. That grace period can be as short as 15 days or as long as 60 days depending on your various subscription plans for products on that site.

When was your subscription deactivated?

Was it a Free subscription or a paid subscription?

Do you have any other subscriptions, such as for Jira, on the same site? If so, are those Free or Paid?

Hi @DongHee Kam

You have to re-activate your subscription or reach out to the support using billing category.

Process is explained in the documentation below.
