My vendor has provided my team with a link to their Confluence but when I click on the link, my Okta takes over and it produces a 403 error that says the app is not available in my Okta.
Note-We have a couple of team members that have Trello licenses. That staff accesses the link without any issues and connects as guests to their Confluence. We tested adding one of our team members to Trello and that worked but I don't want to burn any unnecessary Trello licenses.
Our Okta is set to SCIM provisioning+SSO to trello. Either our Okta configuration is incorrect or the vendors is incorrect causing the 403 error. Any thoughts?
