My account was deleted for inactivity even though I have proof that I used my account.

I had an account with this same address but you have deleted all my documentation, like it's a new one, It's a new one actually! I don't understand. I receive a message on august to tell me that you will desactivate my account if there is no activity. But I have used it in October to create a content that I upload in PDF and send to a friend. I don't understand AND I need to retrieve all my documentations.
