My Edit Filter Results Macro is blank

Hello, I am trying to use the Filter from JIRA to pull to confluence page. I have been doing this for over a year with no issues, however when I go to create a new page or edit an existing one, the Macro is now blank. I've tried different browsers and cleared my cache to no avail. I have permissions to be able to do this, so at this time I am unsure why the macro will not pull up for me to edit.
Here is a screenshot of the behavior. I just keep trying to refresh, but nothing ever appears.
