Hi Atlassian Support,
I’ve received a notification that my Confluence site marsupilamitech-1726415791979.atlassian.net has been deactivated due to inactivity.
This account and all the documents stored in it are very important to me, and I would really like to have it reactivated and restored if possible. Could you please help me recover access to the site and prevent the data from being permanently deleted?

How long ago did you receive that notice?
Free Subscriptions are deactivated after 120 consecutive days of inactivity. The data is held for another 15 days to give you a chance to reactivate it. After those 15 days have passed the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you are within that 15 day window then you can follow the guidance in this document for reactivating a deactivated subscription.

If you were paying for your subscription and your payments were being successfully processed, your subscription should not have been deactivated.
