Hello,
My Confluence appears to have been deactivated or deleted due to inactivity. I was the original site administrator, and I would like to request recovery of the site and its content, if possible.
Please let me know if the site is still within the retention period and what steps I need to take to restore it.
Hi, please advise, if my Confluence account was deactivated, can I somehow activate it back?

Hello @Felipe Feitoza
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When was your Confluence subscription deactivated?
Did you have any other product subscriptions on that site for which you were paying?
When a Free subscription is deactivated and there are no Paid subscriptions on the same site then the data of the free subscription will be permanently deleted 15 days later and thereafter is unrecoverable.
If you are still within the 15 day window, go to https://admin.atlassian.com to reactivate your subscription as described in this document:
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Also note that this is a user community, not a method to directly contact Atlassian support.
If you have a paid subscription of a product you can open a support ticket with Atlassian at
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If you don't have a paid subscription, we here in the user community can try to advise you on issue and questions you have.
For anything related to billing, licensing, or purchasing, even with a free subscription you can contact the Atlassian support team for those areas by completing the form at this page:
