My Confluence Cloud site (mindon1.atlassian.net) is unavailable — need reactivation

이승민 November 10, 2025

Hello Atlassian Community,

I’m the site administrator of our Confluence Cloud site:
https://mindon1.atlassian.net

When I try to access it, the page shows “Page unavailable” with the message:
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."

It seems the site was automatically deactivated due to inactivity.
Could you please help me reactivate this Confluence Cloud site?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
[당신의 이승민]

Hi @이승민 ,

Typically 120+ days without activity like viewing/editing pages, your pages are deactivated. As the Jira admin, you can reactivate it yourself without data loss (if not permanently deleted yet). Emails are sent before deactivation -> Check your inbox/spam for skdhfel8@gmail.com.

Steps to Reactivate (as Free Plan Admin):

  1. Log in to admin.atlassian.com with your Atlassian account (skdhf..l8@gmail.com).
  2. Select your organization/site > If listed as "Inactive," click "Reactivate subscription" (under Products or Billing).
  3. Once active, access https://mi...n1.atlassian.net/login—it should prompt login and restore.

If the site isn't listed (possible deletion after extended inactivity), data recovery isn't guaranteed and you might have to start fresh.

Notice: I believe you shouldn't disclose your account or your account link :)

I hope the below links are helpful for you:

Best,

Peter
