My Atlassian account is disabled. How can I reactivate my account?

Hello @Peter Schindler 

Reactivating your account depends on whether it is a personal or company account.

  1. For a personal account, go to the Atlassian login page and follow the prompts to re-enable it.
  2. If it is a managed work account, you cannot reactivate it yourself, your admin or IT helpdesk must restore it via the Atlassian Admin directory or your company's identity provider like Okta or Entra ID.

If you are the admin and are completely locked out , you will need to contact Atlassian Support directly, as identity verification cannot be handled safely here in the public Community.
