Mutually exclusive incoming & outgoing dependencies

Hello,

i was wondering whether incoming and outgoing dependencies are to be used mutually exclusively ??

So if i define an incoming dependency for issue 1, will it be mirrored as outgoing dependency for the associated issue 2?

@Lara Balmert - Can you provide some additional information.  I am not sure I understand what you are trying to do.
