Multiple Databases to single aggregate Database

I'm trying to sync more than one database to an aggregate database of sorts, where each row contains entries from individual databases. Use case can be something simple like tracking apps, where each app has a dataset, and I want to house select data in a single database.

I've tried using Entry Links but it appears you can only have one per column (?) I'd like to think I'm not trying to do something wild, this should be fairly straightforward.

I've tried asking before but admittedly spoke waaaay too soon.
