When marking several elements inside a Whiteboard and wanting to move those, the page throws the error message that something went wrong, including the error code eda6af97e8a546ad8df144157eaf03e6.
Refreshing the page does not help, it only loads the page but the action still can't be performed. Any suggestions?
Hi Jenny,
I have clicked the request assistance button, so Atlassian support can see this post and look to help you out.
I hope this information helps.

Hey @Jenny Haas - quick question: are we here talking about complex whiteboard and objects? I believe whiteboards do have a limitation (around 10k objects), and if you're close to that number, doing a 'bulk move' could potentially fail. š
Also, have you tried moving them one by one to see if the crash will still happen?
In addition to that, which browser are you using? I've seen one case where specific browser settings impacted the general UX when it comes to the whiteboard. Here are some things you could additionally check, such as hardware acceleration and WebGL: Browser support and settings for whiteboards

Thanks for your input!
It suddenly worked again so I assume it was just a temporary issue.
However, I still want to provide the answers to your questions: it was not a complex whiteboard and moving the objects one by one worked. Browser used was Chrome.
