Moved pages are still visible in page tree of old space, but also in hierachy of new space

Hi all

I am attempting to move a page and all her 200 children so a different space.

The parent page is still visible in the old space.
When I try to unfold the children pages, it's loading endlessly.
When I open the page, it opens, but in the new space.
When I check "reorder pages" in the new space, I see the parent page and all children pages underneath.

How to proceed from here? My goal is to have the parent page and all children visible in the page tree of the new space.
