Missing edits from current and previous version of a document

I was editing a confluence page with 2 other colleagues and one colleague saved a version of the document but my edits from hours of work have been deleted and are not included in the previous versions in version history. Can I please get help to restore this, or i've lost hours of work and documentation.

If your edits were still just part of an unpublished collaborative draft, they won't show up in the standard page history, Confluence only tracks versions that were actually published. If someone accidentally hit "Revert to previous version" or discarded the draft, those changes disappear from the normal UI.

Since you’re on Confluence Cloud Premium, your best chance is to open a ticket with Atlassian Support right away.

Give them the page URL, the approximate time of the missing edits, the names of the three editors, and mention that a draft might have been discarded or reverted. While we can’t restore pages here in the Community, Support can look under the hood to see if there's still any recoverable draft data on the backend.
