Currently we operate a self hosted Jira Software and Confluence. Confluence users are also managed in Jira Software with an own role.
Now we plan to migrate to a Atlassian cloud subscription. What's the procedure to acchieve this so that all existing tickets, workflows, users, confluence pages... are completely migrated.
Best case is that we can acchieve that users can proceed working with a new URL (Atlassian cloud) instead of local URL and no other changes.
Thanks,
Denis
Hi Nic,
I have seen this. But this only decribes how to backup/restore the content. Are there also workflows etc. integrated?
How can I migrate the permissions?
How can I migrate the combined user management in Jira Software instead of own users in Confluence?
That's more what my question is about.
Thanks,
Denis
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
They both import everything, barring the config stuff named on those pages.
