Migration issues in accessing the apps

On Migration to cloud,we have some of the apps already installed in the cloud. When migrating the apps from server to cloud ,do we need to give not needed in cloud option for the pre-installed apps in the cloud?

Though if we give not needed in cloud during app assessment what happens to the app data in server. How to migrate it?

@SaravanaKumar I believe that you need to select it as needed if you would like the application data migrated.  Not all app data migrates but the migration tool will let you know about that.
