Currently, we are using Google Workspace and planning to migrate to Microsoft 365. Will there be any difficulties logging into our Confluence page or risk of data loss? Please note that there will be no changes to our domain name.

If your domain name will not change there should be no risk.
Even if your account would be deleted, the content would be still in Confluence, it would just mention that it was made by a deleted user.
