When we try to migrate from server to cloud, even though we had given only Gliffy application to migrate an extra application called "Advanced code blocks for Confluence" gets added.Why it is happening? It will add up to the extra cost right?

Can you check on Server/DC whether this app exists and if it is/was disabled? This app is from another vendor than Gliffy.
