Hello!
We have a big problem. If users connected with company TMG from out network - Confluence cant view SSL connection. And after this mobile plugin doesnt rendering. As I see, its problem with Base URI server. Browsers uses http over https, if not SSL connection.
How repair this?
After Upgrading Confluence (5.95 to 6.3.3), our external Users have problems with editing Content. Seems to be an Friewall Issue due to SynchronyProxy. We work over https on Port 8444 and secure the Plattform over tmg and Asa. I need to know how i have to setup Confluence https and Forefront tmg to work together with the new synchrony Proxy. Base URL looks like https://xxxxx.xxxxx.xx:8444 for internal and external Users. Internal Users don´t have any Problems. The internal users don´t use the tmg.
Please let us know more, to help us understand.
Is it that mobile devices cannot connect because SSL is terminated at the TMG instance? Or, you cannot render the mobile plugin on the Confluence admin page because of an SSL issue?
Is the base URL set to https or http? No matter where SSL is terminated, the base URL should match the URL being used in the browser.
