Managing bids in Confluence

Hi All

Has anyone got any experience with managing bids using Confluence? Specifically tracking the progress of responses. In my example I am trying to create a page that may have 50 requirements that needs responding to, I want to know when each requirement has been drafted and reviewed. I have been using the action item, and then task report to do this, but the task report is very limiting and doesn't allow me to create a report of those left to be drafted and those left to be reviewed. 

Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with what the bids are in your example. Can you explain a bit more about how you use Confluence and what the bids are? How do you currently arrange this information in Confluence? 

The Status Macro might be helpful, but if you can go more into detail about what you're trying to do, there might be a Marketplace app we can recommend that gives you additional needed functionality.
