Manage email/notification preferences of another user

We have a confluence project. All users of the projects are managed by our organization. When some people leave the organization, we suspend their confluence user. However, if these people have created daily confluence digests or have been monitoring pages for changes, the email from confluence still arrives in our organization's catchall email

I'd like to ask if there is a way for an confluence administrator to change the email/digest emails preferences of another user in a confluence project?
