I want to manage the preparation of complex RFP responses across multiple departments (finance, technical, legal, product management, sales) and during contract negotiations, with the client.
This process usually involves the assignment of RFP document sections to specific individuals to prepare a response, and in parallel obtain approvals.
Ideally, the Customer Word document would be accessible by each contributor, where he/she would edit his/her own section.
The review/tracking of each activity is essential, and so is the workflow for the granular approvals of each section.
Is there a documented template or setup sequence of setup.
I am not familiar with Confluence or JIRA, but looking forward to try it to improve our efficiency.
