Manage app requests: the requestet app is not listet and is not installed

Hey everyone

I did request cards and Panels. 

in the configuration of the space > app requests I can not see the requestet app.

I see following text:

Manage app requests

This is a list of apps requested by users including the number of requests per app.

We ran into a little trouble. It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

If I choose the app in the "Marketplace Apps" i see the app with the status "app requested".
What goes wrong? or what can I doo to finaly use the functionality.

I checked in my environment to replicate the issue but didn't come across any problem. I was able to see the app requests

Are you still facing the issue with App requests?

Badly yes. 
I do not see the request and i do not see the app as installed.
I did request an other app and i have the same result.

is it because i use the free version of confluence?
