Making a page with some subpages at once

Hi 

Is it possible to create a template page which can create some subpages at once?

For example, I want to have page (A) with some titles like: overlook, example, failure, validation and each of them needs a subpage. These titles are the same for other pages( B,C ). Is there any way to have all these subpages automatically when I create parent page?

As a workaround you can use 'Word Import' feature to create a branch of pages from MS Word mapped Headings levels. Not what you need, but just FY.
