Make table of contents multi-column

When there is a long list of contents, then text below isn't seen.

And horizontal view of ToC macro isn't pretty to see the structure of subtitles.
Would be great to have function to limit height of ToC macro and put the list of contents in columns.

Hi @Vira Havrylenko thanks for adding your suggestion here, but unfortunately, it isn't going to get much traction unless people are able to vote for it on Atlassian's Jira site. 

I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) for something similar, but didn't find anything.  There were a few different options for how to handle a long Table of Contents.  You could take a look at them yourself, and if you find one that works for you, feel free to vote for and watch it for future updates.
