Macro for overview Page

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are using Confluence since a few weeks now - and I wonder if it is possible to modify a page in a way that it looks like th "Pages" overview. I tried macros like "Children Display" - However I think the default Overview has a much nicer layout.
