Macro Decision (Confluence Cloud like) on DataCenter

Hello there !

Do you know any way to track decision on meeting notes the same way it is feasible on Confluence Cloud (using "< >") on Confluence Server ?

I know that we have the blueprint Decision available, but the goal is to track decision on meeting notes, with no specific context and no need to track the decision in a dedicated page. 

And to consolidate all decision, like we can do it with Confluence Tasks.

You could create a custom template to have all the macros in place and promote it to for users
