Lucidchart simple viewer fails to load

For the last week or so, I've noticed that pages in Confluence with the lucidchart viewer are not rendering. The lucidchart diagrams just say "Loading" forever. I've narrowed this down to our use of the Simple Viewer. The Rich Viewer seems to work okay. This happens across Chrome and Edge. Anyone else having the same experience?

Hi @STEELEY_ JIM D_ I found this out on Lucid's site: simple-viewer-in-confluence-is-broken 

So it sounds like you're not the only one having issues.

It appears there is a workaround you can try: lucidcharts-not-displayed-in-confluence-cloud 

(I think it's flush your browser cache & cookies)

One of those options was to contact Lucidchart support.
