Hello,
I never received an email (as far as I can tell) about my Confluence instance being terminated and I would like to know if it is possible to get it back?
Thanks in advance
Welcome @pemami-fv
You can refer to this article: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Why-was-my-free-Confluence-site-deactivated-and-when-reactivated/qaq-p/2737084
When you are not active more than 120 days on free Confluence site, your site will be deactivated.
Looks like the data is lost at this point which is a shame. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Hello @pemami-fv ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
Can you share with us the cloud site URL where Confluence is located for us to check ?

Hello,
Unfortunately, the same thing has just happened to me. Today I logged in and found my workspace completely empty, as if I had never used it before.
Would it be possible to recover the documents I had stored there?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
