Hi,
The Admin Users for Confluence have left our organisation, how do we see who they were and get the Admin rights reallocated to someone else in the organisation?
Thanks
Hello @Kevin Gaut
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Did you lose only your Confluence Administrators?
Are there still people in your company who are Organization Administrators for your Atlassian tools? If so, the Organization Administrators have access to administer users for all the Atlassian products that are part of your Organization. They would be able to designate additional people as Confluence Administrators.
@Trudy Claspill I know its careless but we seem to have lost all our Confluence Administrators (and before the Community asks, no we don't know were we left them and no ... we have not done "boy" looking). So we are stuck, sorry

Hello @Kevin Gaut

Atlassian tools in Cloud exist within Sites (i.e. https://<yourCompany>.atlassian.net), and Sites exist within an Organization. The Organization information is accessed by Organization Admins through https://admin.atlassian.com . Usually there is a Billing Contact, at least, who has Organization Admin permissions so that they can manage billing for the products.
Organization Admins would be able to view and manage who is a Site Admin and who is an application admin for each of your Atlassian products.

@Trudy Claspill the Organization Administrator left the business and did not hand over before he left, so we are not able to recover or change the admins

Does your company manage the Atlassian Accounts that are allowed to access your Org/Sites/Products? Do you manage the associated email addresses?
If so, then have your IT people that manage those accounts reset the password for the person who was the Organization Admin. Have a trusted user login with those credentials. Then that person will be able to set other current users as Organization Admins, Site Admins, and product admins.
