Tengo el servicio de atlassian suspendido , alguien me podria indicar el metodo para poder reactivar la cuenta.
He verificado los pagos y todos estan ok , pero el pago del mes anterior no figura y no me da saldo o deuda alguna.
Me figura como si no tuviera licencia alguna y no veo alguna opcion para poder reactivar mi cuenta.
Alguien que me pueda ayudar ,
