Looking for a very simple method for event signup

Hello,

I have already done some searching and cannot find something that suits my needs without massive overkill.

I am looking for a simple grid that will list fields. Below this grid is a few text boxes and a submit button.

When clicking this button the text box entries and the user's Confluence name are entered into the grid.

This allows people to signup up to things.

The user then has the option to edit/delete

I have seen this before at some companies, just no idea how to get it.

Hi @Christopher Bonzol ,

this sounds like a Confiforms-form. This is an app for creating pages with input-forms and "do anything with the data"-functionality - anything is e.g. adding the data to a table on the same or another Confluence page).

Hey yes thanks. I saw this.. but it just seems like a lot of overhead. But, if that is the best option I will give it a try.

Take a look at ConfiForms app - it allows you to create (custom) signup forms and much much more (reporting on captured data, notifications, etc).
