Is it Gmail or Outlook?
For Gmail, you have the option to access the distribution email address with groups: https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9304805?hl=en
You would only see this if you were added to the group that lists your email.

it's Gmail. my email have to join in group of dev@kryptodian. I see another email that come form atlassian like create question post, answer from you , etc. but only email verification code not send to me.

The issue is that that email has been added to surpression list on Atlassian's side.You need to contact support to check your email. Support link could be found here
