Login verification code not send to my group email

We have some problem when login account it have to verification with code that send to email but not send to us. can you help me to check this problem? thank you.

Which email provider are you using?

dev@kryptodian.com it is my group email in my company.

Is it Gmail or Outlook?

For Gmail, you have the option to access the distribution email address with groups: https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9304805?hl=en

You would only see this if you were added to the group that lists your email.

For Outlook: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-contact-group-in-outlook-3f73d218-52d6-4f88-a733-9ff37073ee4c

it's Gmail. my email have to join in group of dev@kryptodian. I see another email that come form atlassian like create question post, answer from you , etc. but only email verification code not send to me.

The issue is that that email has been added to surpression list on Atlassian's side.You need to contact support to check your email. Support link could be found here
