Hi there, someone on my team is not able to login. Every time they try to login with Google they are re-directed to the main login page again. Do you know why this is happening?
He is not receiving any "error" messages.

Is your organization using G-Suite, or is this just an individual user trying to login using their shared Google account to login?

Our company uses G-suite.
