Hi all,
My current space was suspended by Atlassian team. I didn't check the email during the subscription period. I thought as I was not using any standard feature, it would return to free option automatically. When I found it was suspended, I can't do anything anymore. I added my credit card information and ready to pay. My information inside the space is important. could you please help look at my ticket and at least reply one of them? I have raised 4 tickets but no one reply anything on any of them.

I think you should just wait for the support to reply to you and please choose the right categorization while you open a ticket as its a sales ticket not technical one.
