Whenever I try to access my site or invite other users to my site, we are routed to a required Google Account login. We definitely just want to use our corporate email addresses. Any help appreciated.
HI Whitney,
If this is Confluence Cloud, it sounds like your instance is using G-Suite integration:
Is it possible that an administrator for your instance followed this: Enable or disable G Suite integration?
The linked doc has instructions for disabling G-Suite if you decide you don't want it after reviewing the description:
How to disconnect G Suite from your Atlassian Cloud site
When you disconnect your G Suite integration:Your users will still be able to log in to your Atlassian Cloud site with their Google credentials. However, their details won't be synced.
If your domain hasn't been claimed by an Atlassian Cloud instance, then users with accounts from that domain will no longer be managed and will be able to edit their account details.Go to Application picker > Site administration.
Select G Suite in the sidebar.
Select Disconnect G Suite and follow the prompts.
Please let us know any follow up questions.
Thanks,
Ann
My colleagues and I each signed up for a Free Trial. We haven't connected to the G Suite. If we set up our own individual account, is it possible there's a designated administrator for our corporate domain that is limiting our access? When I go to the G Suite area, there's an option to connect G Suite, but no options to disable it.

I opened a support ticket using the email address you used for this question. You should get an email from our portal soon.
We have 2 IDs and 2 instances associated with your name, and need the private messaging on the support portal to ask you which ID is being used for which instance, etc.

I am only seeking to use my corporate email address, but ended up creating a separate account using my Gmail when I was trying to troubleshoot.

Hello,
I am still unable to log in using my corporate email address. The only way I can get in is if I select "Can't Log In?" and retrieve a recovery link.

Hi Whitney,
When your support request is resolved we can circle back to this thread. The support engineer is investigating so I don't have an answer yet.
Thanks,
Ann
