I can not to log in, I used my WIW login name and CIAM password, but it is not work.

It looks like the issue may be coming from a mismatch between your workplace login and your Atlassian account credentials. If your organization manages access through an internal system like WIW, your IT helpdesk will be the right people to contact, as they control how your account is linked to Atlassian and can reset or re-provision your access directly.
In the meantime, you can try visiting id.atlassian.com and using the "Forgot password" option with your work email, just to rule out a simple password issue. But if your organization uses SSO or a managed identity provider, your local helpdesk is the best bet to sort this out!
